Privacy
We collect as little as we can: no analytics, no advertising trackers, and one functional cookie for your edition.
Draft. To be checked before launch.
Who we are
PicksArena is run by Westloop BV, the data controller for this site. Contact: hello@bookierules.com.
What we collect
- No analytics and no advertising trackers.
- One functional cookie,
pa_edition, which remembers whether you use the UK, US or international edition. It holds only that word and lasts 180 days. Your odds format choice is kept in your browser's local storage (pa_odds) and never sent to us. - Your rough location, worked out from your IP address by our host at the moment you visit, to pick your edition and to make sure bookie offers are only ever shown in the UK and Ireland. We don't store it.
- Hosting logs. Our host, Vercel, keeps standard request logs for security and operations for a short time.
Newsletter
If you sign up, your email address is held by our email provider, Resend (EU region, Ireland), and used only to send PicksArena emails. You confirm by clicking a link we email you, and every email has an unsubscribe link. We record that you confirmed your age.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you can ask what we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it.
